<p class="font_8">The show “On my Own terms – Self-taught artists” at the Rotunda aims to inspire aspiring artists among the audiences that will come to see it, and beyond, through online presence and the catalogue.</p>
<p class="font_8">No matter their circumstances and roles in society, the artists in this show pursued their calling and have dedicated time, resources and efforts to expressing themselves through their art.</p>
<p class="font_8">Whether they became world renowned and reached the pinnacle of a system, or whether they only had a few shows, whether they make a living through their art or still need a ‘daytime’ job, they are active artists.</p>
